Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NimbleNeuro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by MyBasic LLC on behalf of Dr. Decontee Jimmeh, M.D. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

NimbleNeuro is a telehealth booking and professional directory platform. It facilitates scheduling and payment for medical consultations conducted via Google Meet video. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — those services are provided solely by licensed medical professionals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and book appointments. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Appointments and Payments

• Appointments are confirmed only upon successful payment via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed prior to checkout and are charged in USD.
• A Google Meet link is generated automatically upon confirmed payment and delivered to your dashboard.
• You are responsible for joining your appointment at the scheduled time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact us at privacy@nimbleneuro.com.

6. Professional Directory

Medical professionals listed in the NimbleNeuro directory have been reviewed and approved by Dr. Jimmeh. NimbleNeuro charges a 20% platform fee on bookings made through the directory. Professionals receive 80% of the booking fee via Stripe Connect.

7. Not an Emergency Service

NimbleNeuro is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBasic LLC and NimbleNeuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
